   10 Stars, only if google allowed me. Abi and Dave are two amazing people, they are kind and helpful while being professional in their business. In current housing crisis and private market renting, we hardly get landlords like Abi and Dave to care about people/tenant. We felt home while living in one of their properties in Surbiton, we still cherish good memories when passing through the area. I went through a lot of agents in person and online to find a property to suit my budget in 2023. They usually were trying to exploit our situation to make us pay more so they can make money, but when I randomly contacted Abi and shared my details, I was invited for a viewing. Abi and Dave trusted us as their new tenant, this made us feel safe and home, where other agents all they wanted us to provide them all our financial details, credit history, 3.5x rent income. Abi and Dave, I want to thank you both personally and you guys are really supporting young families, please continue with your kindness and professionalism, renters need you both! Anyone approaching them, I would say don't be hesitant, you can't find landlords better than Abi and Dave!

   They are beyond amazing! .. kind, helpful and professional I do recommend them always , I feel safe and supported as I live alone and I do not need to worry about anything they handle everything immediately in a highly professional way. The flat is modern and spotless as described, it is even more beautiful than the video they posted for it. Dave and Abi are very nice and elegant people indeed. Much love and respect ❤

   Amazing landlords, considerate, always fix any issues that arise with the property immediately and easy to communicate with. Very rare also to find a landlord that takes real pride and care of their properties and their service to the tenant. Plus it's also great to deal with a landlord direct, minus middle man companies adding their extra charges. Thank you Abi & Dave for giving us a great temporary rental when we most needed it! x
