   I found the whole experience extremely troublesome with their rude staff. Let's see how they survive with the downturn in the market. Agencies like these will be the first ones to suffer. I will not be dealing with them ever again. BTW: I am a landlord that was looking to rent out my property but decided to use another, better agent. And I did not approach anyone directly via Linkedin!!

   ================================== ZERO STARS - TENANTS BEWARE ================================== If you're happy with an agency that does not fix any of the issues you have at your property, rude to you at every occasion and keep your deposit by proving you with an unrealistic list of made up prices for items what they should have fixed in the first place - then go ahead and regret it afterwards. My boyfriend had to resolve the issue through legal means. They will try it on and so make sure to involve your lawyer as soon as you can. I'm sure the agency will try to deny this in the reply by saying that this is untrue.

   APW had been in our life for 7 years and where situations had not always been straightforward - APW were always there to help and find a solution. The one person at APW that stood out was Helen. She had been fantastic - always putting the needs of us (tenants) first and really helped us out whenever we needed it. Clearly APW respected the landlords because our one was fantastic and trusted us with keeping their home clean and tidy! Overall from my experience, I would recommend APW to anyone looking to rent.
