   My experience with Prestigious Property and specifically Aman has been second to none. The greatest landlord I’ve ever dealt with. From organising a viewing, handover of property, prompt responses and being so easy to contact throughout the tenancy (2 years). The whole process and journey as a client has been seamless. Unfortunately there is always that negative landlord-tenant stigma, but Aman is the complete opposite - friendly, approachable and full of positivity. I would 1000% recommend!

   I had a very worst experience from Aman. As a new migrant to UK , i needed clarifications regarding the rental procedures and formalities. But it was such a bad experience for me from a person who attended the phone calls and replied as "this is crazy to answer your call". A client never expects this from one organization. Very worst experience at all and not at all appreciable and non -professional.

   This is my first experience with Prestigious Property. First time I called in, Aman answered the phone, he was informative and told me the fees as well as patiently explaining more in detail when I didn't understand. Second time I called in, I spoke to Sika, a lively young lady, she was helpful and professional by answering my many questions. They were both informative and I would recommend the company to anyone that is looking to rent out their property for the first time.

   I would highly recommend prestigious properties from the start they was so responsive and accommodating. I called and managed to get a viewing the very next day. Me and my partner have never rented before and this is our first home together and was a bit apprehensive, but Aman was fantastic made everything so easy. All our questions were answered. We had a slight problem with our washing machine once we moved in but Aman sorted it and had an engineer there the same day and a new washing machine has now been ordered. I honestly cannot fault them at all. Such a friendly and easy process. Thanks again Aman & Prestigious Properties.
