   I have also had a very disappointing experience with this agent. In 25 years I have experienced nothing like this company in the world of letting. Unhelpful, unresponsive and unlawful, and the branch manager Jordan should not be working there. Very unprofessional. As someone else has also reported, after a minor issue was discovered in referencing which I corrected, the situation felt really planned and underhand. They appeared to already have had another tenant lined up and are currently refusing to return a holding deposit they are legally required to return. I will be taking legal action against this company now and consulting Jordan’s manager regarding his behaviour. Do not use this letting agent. Stay away!!

   I had a really disappointing experience with this agency. They didn't respond to my emails about scheduling a property viewing, even after I answered all their questions. Jordan, the Epsom branch manager, was especially unhelpful and never got back to me. Not impressed with their professionalism at all.

   To begin with, the estate agents seemed really professional, friendly and were quick at responding! The evening that we went to view the property, they updated the property to ‘let agreed’, after ‘working’ hours. When I phoned Jordan the next day, he reassured me that the property was still available and that they still had viewings that same day. I am starting to doubt that this was ever true. A few days later, I received an email offering me the flat! We were so happy and excited but the very next day I received an email at 9:49 telling me that they had reviewed our bank statements and that they were not able to continue with letting us the flat. At 11:39 I phoned back only to be told that they had already let the flat to somebody else. They failed to ask me what my financial situation was and whether I had any assets that I would be using to contribute towards the rent. The situation felt really planned and underhand, as if they already had another tenant lined up or as if they accidentally told us that our offer was accepted in the first place. Only after reflecting on the situation, I realised how unprofessional and disappointing this estate agents are. They are full of lies and deceit and are not sincere.

   I have nothing but positive feedback for Northwoods. We moved into our home over a year and half ago and the whole rental process wasn’t stressful or anything it went really well. Since living here we had a few bits that needed sorting which like any home that can happen. Both Tracey and des were fantastic they were so quick in sorting it for us and nothing was an issue for them and cannot thank them enough. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

   Hi , Signed up with Northwood almost 2 years ago now . From the initial viewing to contract signing and basic maintenance and safety checks it has been nothing but a pleasure dealing with them . The staff are very knowledgable and understanding , usually replying same day and eager to sort issues ASAP . In particular Angela in the office is outstanding and nothing is too much trouble for her and she will make sure things are sorted . If you're looking to rent , I recommend these guys , they are professional and do a great job finding people lovely places to live . Cheers , Shaun .
