   I would avoid this place at all.costs. the lower rent may draw you in but there's a reason why its cheaper. The building itself is so old and disgusting, dirty and in desperate need of simply knocking it down it's that bad. The amenities are substandard, and the landlords are ar@eholes, they treat their tenants despicably
