   Glynn at Signature Estates was patient, helpful and positive. The sales market at the moment has its fair share of time waster buyers and it helps when the sales agent responds quickly when a buyer withdraws without any obvious reason. This was my experience but Glynn found another buyer and the transaction concluded without further delay.

   Absolute waste of time. If you value your time, I’d suggest you approach other reliable real estate agencies. Horrible service, they will promise you a whole lot but will not actually deliver their promises. “Response within few hours after offer is given out”. That’s what I was told but those few hours turned to weeks with no updates whatsoever even after the properties were taken up. I’ve had to chase them for more then 2 weeks just to know that the requirements of a certain property were not met and other properties being taken up.

   My husband travelled from Milton Keynes to Watford , literally ran to be on time for the viewing at 11:30. Slot was fifteen minutes but when he asked the agent Louise at 11:40for a quick video call to family , she refused that her time is over and locked the house and left!! Is it professionally ethical? When we managed to travel for 2.5 hours to see the house than they should respect and give us the proper timewe habooked the slot.. Highly annoyed!

   Alan and his team are brilliant. We recently sold our flat with them, after having previously listed it with a more ‘corporate’ local agency. I am SO happy we switched— I really felt I could trust Alan. He treated me with respect and talked honestly with me throughout every stage of the sale (which he got us after a couple of weeks, compared with several months with the other agency). These things might sound obvious, but are really not the norm in my experience. I recommend anyone who wants to sell their house with minimal stress and nonsense to choose signature estates.
