We found a rental property through this company earlier in the year. We were told that all appliances would remain in the property only to turn up to move in and the dishwasher had been removed. In addition, plenty of the advertised storage spaces in the flat were left filled with the landlords junk which is another thing we weren't made aware of at viewing. Would avoid using again.
