   We rented a 2 bedroom South Kensington flat through M2 Property agency. The staff were very professional in all aspects of their service: viewings, negotiating the rental agreement, preparing the property, providing essential maintenance during our stay, extending our stay, organising final cleaning and returning our deposit. The M2 staff were always attentive, helpful and quick to respond to any issues. I would have no hesitation in recommending this agency.

   Our experience with the M2 property agency was absolutely amazing. Most of the agencies in London don’t even bother to help with short term lets whereas M2 property was not like that. As soon as we contacted the agency we found a great flat in a great area and the whole process was very smooth and simple.    From the day we contacted Kirsty at M2 property we had absolutely excellent service helping us find a flat and get moved in promptly. During the tenancy agreement M2 Property (Claudia) responded quickly to all management issues. The checkout process although not quite yet completed has been easy to negotiate. If we let property in the future ourselves we would use this company and the individuals mentioned without hesitation as they provide first class & responsive service for both landlord and tenant.
