   From start to finish, the team at 1stAvenue Croydon made moving home as stress-free as it could be! Emmanuel was helpful through the referencing process, Erron was very responsive with any questions that I had. She was also very accommodating to my time - arranged for me to collect the keys earlier than standard), took note of minor fixes on the move in tour, (changing a light bulb etc)! Janna then facilitated these requests, all of which were completed by the end of the week, along with changing the battery of the kitchen’s smoke alarm which was not their responsibility; but just showed how much they genuinely care about customer experience. 10/10, would recommend.

The referencing process and all arrangements prior to moving in were really well explained by Emmanuel, Michelle and the team, would definitely recommend - we've had a great experience.    I recently rented a flat in Maraschino Apartments through 1st Avenue, and honestly I was so impressed by the team. I am so grateful to Michelle for the great tour she gave, it was so thorough and informative, and then once our offer had been accepted Janna kept us in the loop the entire time. Even when members of staff were off, the wider team would always keep us informed. Honestly great estate agency, 10/10 communication and lovely staff and properties to rent. Thank-you again for making it such a seamless process!
