In the last month or so, I have had a new property manager called Caitlin Smith, assigned to manage my property and she has been a breath of fresh air. Bad timing has meant she started managing my property just as a number of issues arose but she has handled everything with a calm and steady manner and been so helpful and responsive to all of my queries and concerns and those of my tenants. We have just moved to London and we are looking to rent a flat in Sutton. Summer has arranged three viewings for us and they are all in good conditions with rent within our budget. 5-star rating is only because of one person named Michael Wilson otherwise it might have been a negative review (details below). I wanted to get a rental accommodation and for that purpose I got in touch in Leaders Sutton as they had a good portfolio of properties. My initial experience with Leaders was less than fruitful when an executive there had wrongly written my profession in their system, thus making me ineligible for many of the properties (this was despite me having sent them online form of my details). After correction, I was still not able to get viewings booked as the same executive was less than forthcoming in returning calls and it had become a frustrating experience. However, when I was on the verge of considering another letting agent and letting go of Leaders altogether, we went to their office for the one last time and that visit changed it all. We were dealt with by Michael Wilson that day. He was quick to assess our needs, recommended a property, arranged viewing and then made the viewing happen all within 1 hour time. He was exceptionally good in explaining different aspects of property including the good things which will suit us as we have a young kid. Further, he noted down our small reservations, got in touch with landlord and made sure that no stone is unturned in getting this case through. Ultimately, because of his efficiency and efforts, the letting deal went through and we have now moved in to the property. In my long professional career, I have met many excellent employees who are good in their jobs, but as per me, Michael is up there in the top bracket of employees who love their job, are efficient, are considerate of needs of customers and who go extra mile to deliver on the promises. Whatever initial bad experience we had with Leaders was turned into a 5 star rating experience by efforts of just Michael.

Leaders Sutton are an amazing team. I was looking for a flat for my grandparents & their cat and it was a struggle until I went to a viewing with Jackie. She quickly realised there was a flat that would be a perfect fit! The team was very professional & friendly and within a week my grandparents had keys to their new home. I spoke with a few other agents from Leaders, including Amy and Summer, and I couldn’t be happier with their efficiency and diligence to complete the process in such a short period of time.
