   I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gibson Lane, who’s team at Ham (particularly Oliver and Wendy) helped me through the process of selling my friend’s house in the role of executrix. They were sensitive, approachable, helpful and thorough throughout the process and very proactive in communicationg with solicitors on both sides at every stage. All in all, I cannot imagine an estate agent offering a better service.

We always felt as though they were all very much on our side throughout the process and, especially when the purchasers became extremely difficult to deal with all of a sudden, were very supportive and communicative - helping in every way possible to get the sale over the line.    I used Gibson Lane (Ham branch) to sell my deceased mother's property. It was quite an emotional time for me but from the moment Oliver first came out to value property, I felt that I had chosen well. Oliver and Matthew handled the viewings and kept me informed of progress. They were never pushy and gave me good advice. The property sold quickly then Caroline from the Kingston branch took over coordinating the sale. She too kept me regularly informed, every step of the way. I can honestly say that I chose the right agents to sell the property and would happily recommend them and would use them again myself, without hesitation.

Sean showed us around many properties, and was excellent - professional, knowledgable, friendly, letting us view the properties in our own time, with a non-aggressive sales manner, which we really appreciated. The whole team were always available, helpful and very quick to respond to queries, and worked hard to maintain excellent communication throughout the chain, to ensure all the purchases and sales went through. The team (especially Sean and Oliver) went above & beyond, with advice and help that perhaps should have come from our estate agents that we were selling our property through - but we trusted Gibson Lane more!
