   Terrible experience, to avoid. I missed my train because there was no one at the reception, and I could not check out. I spent 30 minutes rambling around all floors to look for personnel, there was no one there to help. The owner afterwards claimed that the reception is closed on Sundays (this is really a new thing for me), but the problem is that this was written literally no where.

   The host is very kind,hospitable and always helpful. The location is perfect. It can get pretty noisy (bad insulation) but as always it depends on your neighbours.

   The perfect place to stay short term while you find your feet. Accessible, safe and immaculately clean. It's directly opposite a hospital and a shared building, so it is never silent. Definitely not one for light sleepers but I found it fine!
