   Viveca Baugandas was supposed to show us the property today, but she cancelled the viewing only 35 minutes before the appointment without giving any reason. It was extremely disappointing to travel all that way and return with nothing. You should conduct your work professionally. This was a terrible experience, and I strongly advise others to stay away from such unprofessional service. The appointment was cancelled only 35 minutes before the scheduled time, with the explanation that your staff member’s car tyre had burst. Honestly, in a city like London, it is hard to believe that taking a train or a bus is not an option. Additionally, when I called your office, I was met with responses such as “What appointment?” and “There is no viewing scheduled today.” This clearly shows a serious lack of internal communication, as it seems your team members are not aware of each other’s schedules. I believe you need to place much more importance on communication and organisation. Giving last-minute excuses to clients is not professional. If there truly was an issue, alternative transport should have been used and the appointment should have been honoured. Neither the communication nor the way the process was handled was satisfactory. For this reason, I do not recommend this company.

   AVOID! Absolutely ridiculous. Never responds to emails, lady with funny accent on the phone tells you not to worry, they will call you back. Its been 2 weeks never heard from them, the property I was interested in, is still not taken. I wish landlords know, how "hard" their agent is trying to let it...Don't waste your time.
