The tenants they sourced were generally very reliable and they managed the relationship well. I am selling my property otherwise I would have continued to use them.

   I would never ever recommend this agent to anyone. I would like to make a formal complaint against ‘Darren’ concerning a visit at 18:00 on 23.11.20. I am immensely disappointed and frustrated by the way he talked/treated us, and this shows how disrespectful your team member is towards your client who contributes towards your wages. This unprofessional behavior has also left me in a very uncomfortable position with other parties who are also involved in this process with or on behave of me. Majority of the time he was on a phone, very unprofessional and lack of customer service. I am surprise, he is still in the business.

   I came across home from home just over 2 years ago, when i was interested in a 2 bedroom flat in the broadfields area, i was shown round the property and loved it instantly. The next moring i decided to call home from home and register my interest and start the process. The process was very smooth and easy and fabulous communication between the office and myself. My landlord came to meet with me before i moved in to the property,and what a lovely gentleman he was and was a massive help in the 2 years me and my family were with home from home. I have only moved due to a change in my circumstances but cant recommend home from home highly enough! professional throughout my tenancy and any issues that did arise where dealt with quickly and efficiently and preofessionally. I Would recommend home from home again and again. Thank you to Darren and team for all your help the last few years.

   Have been in a property rented through Darren @ Home from Home, had excellent service from day one with contracts and negotiating with the landlord and although there were no major issues with the house through the first year Darren was quickly on the case dealing with whatever there was. Just renewed the contract and again painless, everything was sorted well in advance of the end of contract so that decisions could be made not rushed. Would definetely recommend Home from Home to anyone looking to rent a home

   Home From Home are a splendid organisation when in need of a new property or renting one etc. They are always willing to help whenever there is a problem. Not only that, the customer service they offer is also extremely good. They have helped me a lot over the past 4 years and I have always been more than willing to renew a contract with them, without hesitation, as I am always confident that I will be able to rely on them. The two agents that run the business are very nice people and if you are searching for a new home I strongly recommend Home From Home. I am yet to have a single worry about anything.    Clive and Darren at Home From Home make letting out a property an easy and stress-free process. I always appreciate their high professionalism in not only finding the right tenants for my property but also the ongoing management. Whenever one of my tenants or I have had an issue, it has been dealt with quickly and smoothly. I've dealt with a number of lettings agents over the years and often been presented with many unsuitable tenants who later cause problems. None of these other agents match up to Home From Home and would highly recommend them.
