   Great experience so far. Though we haven't completed a sale, our local agent Tiff Oliviera has given us every possible chance and is simply superb at her job. Tiff is tuned in to the buyers and sellers. She is always communicative, presenting the house with great attention to detail, and brings integrity and positivity to every conversation - all invaluable skills in a tough market. It's also the personal service you receive from Tiff that's really outstanding - nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended with absolutely no hesitation - something you don't often hear about estate agents. Plus, Laurels has the most tasteful sale boards on the street.

April communicated with us for both transactions, always keeping us in the loop and up to date. We found Josh to be extremely professional, knowledgeable of our property and area, this was exactly what we wanted from an Estate agent. Georgie Howes has been our client services consultant and kept in touch throughout. We also went with Josh's recommendation for solicitors Taylor rose who have also been fantastic, our moving experience has been a lot easier than we expected as the communication has been great with this team. I was sent three letters by Laurels and upon their 3rd attempt of confidently written marketing communications, I decided to give them a go. I was not disappointed as from the start to finish, I experienced a whole new world of Estate Agency service. They said my property would sell and it certainly did and in great timing that I was able to sell my flat and purchase my house through to completion.
