As overseas landlords we always received excellent and helpful communication.Seemed to know the market well and whilst our property had tenants we did not have any problems with their selection of tenants. Gill and Keely helped us enormously with our tenancy and Sandra and Catherine following up on the sales side for us. Highly recommended.

   Northwood incorporating Jackson Noon Estate Agents are fantastic in all areas. I have found them to be professional, friendly and unwaveringly ethical. My experience covers the selling of a property and then viewing a potential property to rent. The Sales team truly know the local market. Sandra, Erica and Caroline supported me with good solid advice that never focused on their gain. It was about achieving what was right for the seller and the buyer. They always had time for me, which made the relationship more than a mere business transaction. The market was slow during the time my house was on the market and they worked hard to find a buyer that was the right fit. When it came to looking for a rental, the market was very different. I found that it became a closed bidding gamble with properties managed by other agents. I was relieved that Northwood incorporating Jackson Noon did not operate in the same way; it reinforced my view that that integrity is at their core. If you are looking for an agent that you can put your trust in, then this is your company. Between them, they have years of knowledge and experience.
