   So I’ve just moved in to a Wonderful Property in Worcester Park which was managed by this Barnard Marcus Branch. The whole process was really smooth and efficient! We were pleasantly dealt with by Ella who was the Lettings Negotiator! It was extremely reassuring to be able to liaise with a professional, organised and prompt responder in Ella.    My experience with Barnard Marcus Worcester Park was incredible. I was mostly dealt by Tyrone. As he says, he 'works his magic' on things. January was a busy market with good places being oversubscribed. Tyrone worked his magic and helped us get our preferences. We moved in on time swiftly and paperwork was largely smooth. The professionalism of BM WP was something I haven't seen in real estate agents too often, it was like I paid a premium and got the service for it. Finally, Tyrone gifted us a cute little Barnard Marcus 'moving in' box which had specially catered 'non alcoholic' drinks and some other welcome bits.

   I would like to share my experience with this Estate agent: I met Georgia for a viewing for a flat in Worcester park and she was so friendly and professional and I fall in love with the property, so it was wonderful to be offered the property within 48 hours and from that moment every thing went very smoothly and I moved in without any trouble. All my questions were answered and always very helpful and professional. I also had the agent coming with me on the day I got the keys to check everything was working and where all the meters were and I couldn't have had better experience, so I strongly recommend this estate agent.

   My experience with Barnard Marcus estate agents was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I was excited to sell my property and move on to the next chapter of my life, but unfortunately, this process ended up being a major source of stress and anxiety. One of the first issues that arose was the fact that the agency encouraged me to overprice my property. At the time, I trusted their expertise and experience, but in hindsight, I now realize that this was a major mistake. As a result of this overpricing, the level of footfall and interest in my property was much lower than it should have been, leading to a protracted and frustrating sales process. In addition, the level of communication from the agency was simply not up to par. I found that I had to constantly chase them for updates and feedback, and every time I called, I was told that the person dealing with my sale was either on a day off or sick. This made me feel like they were not taking my sale seriously and led to me feeling very frustrated and anxious. It was simply not a good experience. To make matters worse, they offered me a lower rate selling fee as an employee referral, but it turned out to be a higher rate than other estate agents. I felt misled and taken advantage of. The agency was simply not transparent with their fees and charged me more than what they should have. The worst part of my experience with Bernard Marcus, however, was when I realised that they were failing as estate agents, but would not let me out of my contract or move to a dual estate agent without significant penalties. I felt like I was trapped and had no other option but to stick with them, which meant that I lost the house I had an offer accepted on. The moment I changed estate agents at the end of our term of contract, the other estate agents got a buyer the very next day. In conclusion, I would not recommend Bernard Marcus estate agents to anyone. Their practices were unethical and unprofessional, causing me a great deal of stress and leading to a negative outcome. I regret trusting them with the sale of my property and hope that others can learn from my experience.

   Tyrone Matthews. 10 out of 10. From the very beginning, Tyrone has been very professional with us, very friendly, understanding, very competent, and above all, reassuring and patient, especially when it took Barnard Marcus 3 weeks to draft our tenancy agreement due to their huge backlog of new contracts. Tyrone always kept us informed of everything and went above and beyond to secure our tenancy agreement and get it sent to us asap. As he usually says, he worked his magic! I have not had many state agents in all my years renting, but he has been the best by far and, judging from my frinds' experiences, far above many. We are very grateful for everything Tyrone has done for us.
