I felt welcomed from the very first time I spoke to Lucy on the phone to make enquiries about the house we bought. Lucy was always so welcoming, kind, professional and easy to talk to. She was a great help in laying the grounds for us to have our house. Jo is extraordinary and very professional. She was there for us throughout the process and giving the nudge to all involved. From viewing our home to completion took 6 weeks and Jo was very instrumental in ensuring we complete before Christmas.    A Big Thank You to Jo and her team at Hallways for the excellent service from Day 1 . The marketing was stunning(virtual tour) and sold our property within a few weeks. But the problems we had with the other estate agent and solicitors -could not care once we put an offer on their vendors property. Without Jo’s advice and knowledge which was always correct and with her constant help, got us through all the little things you need to know when selling and buying property.
