    I am very surprised there are not many reviews about Priory. I rented a house in Kew through their company for about 3 years, and I couldn't recommend them more. From needing someone to fix appliances to locking myself out of my apartment on a Sunday (....), they've always been there to make sure I was okay and had everything I needed. Granted, some of their employees need a little bit of a reminder and a push to actually get things going, but they always do in the end. Most importantly, they are kind, understanding people and they take the time to chat and figure out possible solutions with you. They approach things with a logical but sensitive touch, which is lovely. They also take the time to research things for you and even recommend solutions and choices based on what they personally do and have experienced in all their years in the industry. When it comes to money and legal matters, I've never found a company more transparent with contracts, invoices and receipts. We went through 3 or 4 drafts of the contract initially before settling to the final one, because they really do listen to what you have to say and your concerns. Not to mention my landlord was wonderful throughout. A big thank you to Priory for taking care of me for the past 3 years and I hope we cross paths again in the future!
