I’m renting property since 2019 with princess park estate agent and they are the best in this area, very responsible also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. Mr Oliver Harris always answered my emails and phone calls and sorted out any problems in property. When there were disagreements about any problems in property ( damages, change something in property) , Mr Oliver Harris was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat and he’s cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence the would get the job done – and always did! I introduced Mr Harris to some of my friends and they were also satisfied and I will do all the real estate work (renting and buying) with them in the future.
We entrusted Princess Park Estates to rent out our property. Having never done so before Oliver and the team were very knowledgable and informative. They spent a lot of time explaining what was needed and how the process would work to ensure we felt we understood how the process works and what was needed. They even recommended Inventory, EICR, cleaners and repair people who were all excellent and very helpful. A great network outside of Princess Park Estate is really appreciated and i am sure not something you would get everywhere! Oliver was exceptionally quick and turn round the rental in only 4 weeks he had completed the rental for us from the date we enquired. He was always very helpful and honest which is always appreciated. Easy to contact and very switched on. I was having difficulty selling my property, so I added Princess Park Estates as an agency. They got offers on the place and Olivers advice turned out to be right. They did the job in an increasingly volatile market.
So i had a bit of a tough time looking for a property in the local area for a while now and i had noticed there were plenty of estate agents around but Princess Park Estates stood out strong amongst them all. I would highly recommend them for all first time renters and i am pretty sure they probably deliver well in sales too.
Terrible experience in buying a property, whoever you deal with, make sure you dont deal with them! they lie about absolutely every thing, from service charge to condition of the flat and everything else! they want their commission and would do ANYTHING for it. they never puts things in writing so they can just say " I didnt say that" later! They lied about the rental value of the property, Furniture in the property and condition of everything in the property which I specifically asked to be checked. They verbally confirmed they all work and later said I dont recall this conversation!!it has created lots of extra costs for us and a lot of issues as we find these problems one by one. You get to discover the lies step by step, I know they are an estate agent but this is even low for their standards! Avoid OLIVER at any cost and get them to write down everything even if they want to say hi!

Princess park estates have excellent service when managing my property. Highly professional friendly staff. Kept my property in good condition with no repair work needed and always give excellent tenants. Would highly recommend them better than Foxtons.
