   So far to date I have been a landlord with Denhan international now for 10 years. I have had a decent experience with them where it eases the pressure of a regular set rental income with no void periods throughout my rental contract. With the added comfort of their maintenance service reducing the headache of finding a tradesman to carry out repairs and the staff friendly. May I recommend Caroline who seams to be on top of things and very helpful.

   Seeing all these 1 star reviews really put me off but I didnt have a choice in the end. Due to health reasons I had to move quickly. Denham took a hold of all of my issues without hesitation. It was like a stop shop. The staff were amazing, welcoming, open and always up for the challenge. They enabled me through a very stressfull time. Fitted my blinds. Painted. Arranged removals going above and beyond. Really happy.

   Denhan clearly is a work in progress as some friends of mine shared feedback which wasn’t great to be honest. Having said this, you can feel that there is more effort to support the tenant and that the little things are now being considered. I would love it if there was a bit more in the way of service calls to follow up on things, but for now all good. I definitely wouldn’t have recommended them before, but now it’s clear there is huge focus on adding value to the rental experience so I’m good with this. Much better.

   The landlord and I have had some great troubles trying to get someone to answer the phone at all times of the working day my radiator in my daughters room has been off since November! It’s now coming up to the end on January and I have finally been given a date as to when the radiator in the flat can be fixed….. it’s ground floor with so many drafts and my daughter has asthma ! It’s honestly ridiculous I shall update once and if the radiator repair man come tomorrow!

   If there is an option for no stars that’s what I would pick. I have been a tenant with denhan international in Norbury. I’ve had many issues. Full of disappointment. The manager David does not help he has no care for his tenants needs they just smile and pretend they write your concerns and don’t contact you. They constantly fob you off. They are not professional. Do not rent a property from here as this estate agency is no good.
