   Unfortunately, my experience with Charles at options agency was very disappointing. Their communication was unprofessional, if there was any, and they were not helpful when I needed clear information. Responses were vague and dismissive, taking weeks to reply, making the process more frustrating than it needed to be. As a whole they come across as incompetent. I expect better service and professionalism from any agency. Would not recommend based on this experience.

   This agency promised me they had nurses waiting for accommodation . This was not true . They then placed pressure on me to reduce the rent by £200 pcm . They then took an additional £500 as a finders fee . I would NEVER recommend this agency . I would suggest you approach this agency with extreme caution .

   Options has been managing a number of our properties for almost a decade. I have recommended a number of friends and family, who also have always been very impressed with their professional attitude. They are diligent in maintaining contact with both tenant and landlord. The tenants found to date have been very good, low turnover, which is a testament to their due diligence at the outset. They are quick to respond in unexpected situations (leaks/boiler break down etc), find the best and most cost efficient solutions to remedy the situation. In all honesty they look after your property as if it was their own. I would highly recommend Options Estate Agents

   One of the best estate agent I have worked with over the past decade and I have several in both different locations across the UK as well as different countries. He is extremely professional, he knows his market, takes the time to explain to the parties involved the process. He is good at generating interest and his excellent at managing the estate. The latter was proved over several emergency situations from genuine extenuating circumstances over the years. I highly recommend him.

   Been renting with options estate agency for over 5yrs now. When i moved in the flat was in good condition, brand new everything... Staff there are all welcoming, understanding and always on point with fixing house issues and quick, you won't have to chase them to get anything fixed..very reliable. Communication is very effective. So far best landlords/agents I have rented from.

Every problem I have presented to them was sorted out straight away. Even out of hours you can rely on them. I'm very satisfied with the service I receive from them.
