   I chose Belvoir Sutton due to a good long term service from another Belvoir franchisee in Christchurch. In Sutton I have received an equally high service: even before exchange of contract Gordon and his colleagues were helping to mitigate the risks associated with purchasing a buy to let complete with an existing tenant, onward payment and reporting of the first rental occurred on the second business day after completion, Gordon inspected the flat on the fourth day, and on the fifth we agreed on work to be done. A very good start to a business relationship.
