   Vasi has been absolutely amazing from day one. He’s been looking after us since we moved into the property as tenants, and from our very first interaction, he was polite, professional, and extremely attentive. Anyone who’s looked for a flat in London knows how stressful and anxiety-inducing the process can be, but Vasi really knows the drill and made everything smooth without wasting any time.    I’ve been a tenant for over four years. Never missed the rent payment and since the date of moving in there have been multiple problems and the house is not fit for purpose. The boiler still has issues despite the promise of a new one upon moving in. The managing agents pretend to file property jobs into a portal that never get done on the contractors never call and the contract is never show up. Most recently the managing agents decided to cancel my utility bills. Despite the fact I’m still living in the property and they receive the full rent each month. I am starting formal complaint proceedings against them.

   My experience with moreland estate agents have been a 10 star service so far. I had previously had a bad experience with another estate agency years ago and so was quite nervous when we decided to put our one bedroom flat up for sale. They had clearly done tonnes of research to come up with an appropriate price for the flat and the initial visit and talk was very thorough. Moreland then created a WhatsApp group with all members of staff, myself and my fiancee to ensure good communication. Then there was a whole afternoon dedicated to photo and video taking with an experienced photographer Toby Jackson was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process and managed to arrange 3 viewings within the first few days! Toby was also very polite and communication updates were great. We now have an offer and we are over the moon. We would highly recommend Moreland estate agents if you want a premium service for a very reasonable price (other estate agents were asking for a much higher price to sell our flat than these guys). Thank you so much for everything Moreland. :)
