I absolutely loved Anissa! She was incredibly kind, supportive, and always willing to help whenever I needed anything. Her friendly and attentive attitude made a big difference—definitely a 5/5 experience with her! Unfortunately, my experience with the other staff members was not as positive. They were unresponsive, and I didn’t receive any help even after reaching out multiple times. Because of that, I’m giving an overall rating of 3.

We recently rented a property through SN estates and i am very happy with the service that Anissa provided. She was always very helpful and answered any questions we had. As first time renters, she made the process very smooth and easy to understand what we needed to do. Anissa was also very patient and understanding when there were delays in the process on our end and always made sure that there were no issues for us. Overall we had very positive experience with SN estates.

We had a generally positive experience during our tenancy, and we’re especially grateful to Anissa, who was incredibly helpful throughout. She was responsive, supportive, and made the whole process much smoother for us. The landlord was also very kind, offering a patient and detailed induction when we moved in. The flat was well-equipped, and we were allowed to use everything, which we really appreciated. However, communication within the SN team was quite chaotic. Before the tenancy started, we needed to update our contract terms regarding break clause and gas bill. Despite multiple attempts to contact Nadia, who handled the contracts, we either received no reply or had to wait an unusually long time for one. It ended up taking over two months to finalize things, and it was only with Anissa’s help that we managed to get it done in the end. The break clause process also took longer than expected — although we gave the required two months’ notice as stated in the contract, it still took around two weeks to get final confirmation. Overall, we appreciated the support we received from Anissa and the landlord, but the internal communication within the team definitely needs improvement.

Kept holding my deposit for months and fever return it, kept finding excuse and never fixes the issue. Feels like almost a scam. I would personally not suggest anyone to ever deal with them.

Not a scam but really a terrible company. The flat was moldy and really dirty and they never responded to our emails. Also tried to claim some of the deposit for "cleaning charge" even though the flat was clean, we had to request the deposit from DPS.

Absolutely unprofessional. They dont remember anything that was discussed, they dont commit to their statements and constantly underdeliver. They lose keys and hand over appartments where a whole bathroom doesnt work. We waited for months for someone to fix things. Really slow and often not very helpful. Once you have paid the rent, they dont care about anyhting. If you can avoid it, do not work with these people, it will cost you money and nerves and it wont be worth it. Terrible real estate agent.

I stayed 10 month in a accommodation rented by this “agency” and it was the most TERRIBLE experience of my whole life. Don’t trust good feedbacks on google I honestly can’t imagine that they could be real feedbacks by people who dealt with SNestate. Let me sum up quickly what I faced during my stay in 2 of their properties: - gas leak (called by the police and firefighters because they thought that we were DEAD inside of the house) - water leak in bathroom and shower - no electricity/ water for roughly 15 days during winter. - 8 months delay to refund me for my deposit. More than 35 mails sent from me : no respond from them ! I was no longer in London and I had to send one friend of mine to come and see them. They are really awful and they care only about your money ! They treat their consumers like animals and they are more than happy to let them jeopardize their life in their properties as long as we pay at the end of the month. I already contacted official administrations to report these kind of behaviors that they have. By reading some feedbacks I can see that I’m not the only one facing these kind of issues..
