Very good location right next to the tube and on a high street with nice restaurants and other amenities. Very good price for the night, easy to find and communicate with owners. The apartment was clean and well appointed.
Can't rate this place high enough. Only stayed one night as my daughter and friend were going to a concert at Ally Pally perfectly placed for a concert there only 20 mins in rush hour to drop off. The apartment was spacious very clean and comfortable and the wifi actually worked on all our devices without glitching which is unusual unless you pay in a hotel. Staff were welcoming and friendly. We will defo book here if/when we come back to London.
Classic experience . Nick was super friendly. Helped my wife several times in using appliances . There is a need of a pedestal fan in the living room for sunny warm days. Rest every other thing was perfect . Definitely a reason to be back in London. Location was 3 minutes walk from southgate underground.3-4 Halal restaurants for Muslim visitors .
Great location , but poor standard of cleanliness to floors/ bathroom. Close to underground , just up the road, lots of local shops to get stocked up. Fantastic pattisery next door. Welcome by the hosts & good explanation of the flat. Welcome milk tea, coffee in so could make a welcome drink. BUT- not ideal for small children - not child friendly, no cot / high chair / glass top table, glass shower screen that you can't open fully due to extreme close proximity to sink. CLEANLINESS-POOR- someone else's pubic hairs on wall & sink side, bath taps shower unit obviously not cleaned- drip marks etc. Wobbly toilet seat swopped the next day as falling off. floors not swept under sofa ( so someone else's sweetie wrappers , used tissues on floor when sofa pulled out) we asked the Laminate floors were cleaned the following day as they were not clean with a 9 month baby crawling about. Comfy beds,plenty of clean towels, bath mats but only 1 tea towel. Small Limited sized pans- no lids(!)- flat could take 8 people but not sufficient mugs plates cutlery for 8.didnt expect to do a lot of cooking but very limited pans/ trays. Quite noisy street but you'd expect that at a weekend & it is London.
