   I worked with Robin from the agency to find a flat to rent, and he was a real star. He listened carefully to what I was after and even checked out my old place to see what I liked and what I didn't. He totally got where I was coming from with my budget and move-in and move-out dates. When we found the right place, Robin kept me on track with all the things I needed to do, like filling out forms and signing contracts. I was really busy at the time, so I wasn't always the quickest to respond, but Robin was really patient and kept following up with me through calls, emails, and messages. When it came to signing the contract, I had loads of questions, but Robin was really helpful and answered everything in detail. He made sure I felt completely comfortable with everything before I signed on the dotted line. The only downside was that there was a separate administrator(?) in charge of the paperwork in the process, which left me feeling a bit confused. I was appreciative of Kamile who was also really helpful but I felt that the transitions could have been more smooth or less abrupt with a heads-up. Out of all the agencies I spoke to, Robin was by far the best. He really cared about what I was looking for and went the extra mile to help me out. Some of the other agencies I dealt with didn't even bother to follow up with me. Overall, I'd definitely recommend checking out this agency if you're looking to move to Greenwich.

   I have been delighted with the standard of service that we have received from the Life Residential Team from my initial engagement right up to moving in and beyond. Under the leadership of Cliff Walker every interaction has been first rate. The wider team, including Angel in reference team and Rosita with maintenance / inventory checks, have all been spot on. Robin in the Greenwich office has a refreshing can do approach and nothing has been too much trouble from the off for any of the team I have been engaged with. Overall, I’d have no hesitation in recommending Life Residential whether as a tenant or landlord. Really impressive work by everyone.
