   I recently sold my house through Hunters and I cannot recommend them enough. Luke and Elliot were both really professional and excellent at communicating all the way from the initial valuation right till the closing date. A few years ago, I put my house on the market with another estate agent (I won't name who), I had 4 months of viewings with nothing but time wasters, the house didn't sell. This time round I used Hunters and couldn't believe how quick the house sold. Within the first week and a half, we received 2 offers. Both Elliot and Luke were a pure delight to work with and did an excellent job.

   Worst estate agent ever! Went for a viewing and was promised by the person showing the flat 3 things: the flat would have been fully painted, the carpet professionally cleaned and the curtain rails fixed. 6 weeks later, on the actual day I moved in, I entered the flat and absolute NOTHING of what I was promised got done. Had to eventually pay a painter and split the bill with the landlord as he wouldn't pay for all of it. Had to pay for the carpet to be professionally cleaned and I had to foot the bill. Whilst doing all this, I also got told what colour I had to use and not to remove the disgusting curtains they had on. I don't know how this agency works but what I can advise you on is, do not go with Hunters!!! Especially the one in Whetstone and Totteridge, I'll stick to openrent once I'll move out.

   My experience with Hunters has been absolutely brilliant. They are extremely professional. Their knowledge of the market is impressive and their customer care is simply exceptional. I felt hugely supported every step of the way with my sales transaction. The communication was frequent and informative. I didn’t initially have much knowledge about the process but they made sure that I was fully informed. I felt a little anxious about the whole thing as the market is unpredictable but Luke was great at reassuring me. It was easy to build trust with Robert and Luke and it’s clear that they are passionate about what they do. When dealing with them, you can dispel any myths or stereotypes that exist about dealing with estate agents. They are phenomenal! Their network of contacts is great too. I took their recommendations for a lawyer and a chap who does clearance and I was very happy with who they had recommended. A trouble free and speedy transaction all thanks to them. I really can’t recommend them highly enough!

   I would thoroughly recommend Hunters. I have just sold a house using Robert and his team. It was a difficult sale, emotionally and logistically as I live overseas. Robert went out of his way to help in any way he could. He kept me up to date and was professional at all times. Estate Agents aren't always thought of in a positive way but I can honestly say that my experience using Hunters was brilliant and I would certainly recommend them.
