Our property manager Tamae Nakahara is every tenants dream. We had a few issues with the property, one specifically being the washing machine braking down. After contacting her, she promptly got to finding a resolution. We got told by the engineer that it needs replacing and she didn’t hesitate to finding a replacement. This was done swiftly, all the while, keeping us updated on the process and making sure me and my girlfriend were ok during that time period. Having heard some horror stories from friends and their property manger. I would like to highlight one that has been fantastic and a pleasure during our time at this property.

Our experience with these people was poor and included a large rodent roaming the kitchen after a boiler was fitted and a big hole was left in the wall for it to access. This was after months were we chased for a leaking shower, broken drawer handles, sliding door to the garden jamming and not locking properly. We moved out in 2019 and I certainly didn't find them helpful or effective in resolving our issues. As expected the response from B&R states very vaguely they resolved things satisfactorily. The only satisfaction we had was moving out.
