   We had a really positive and wonderful experience with Finchley’s Estates. We viewed one property with them and turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. We put in an offer to purchase a property which was accepted! Throughout the buying process, Raj and Sandi were very helpful, supportive and accommodating to our questions. As first time buyers, it really helped my husband and I to have a team that genuinely tried to help and advocate for us during the entire purchase process.    I had amazing experience letting from Finchleys as they were incredibly helpful with all my enquiries. With the rental market how it is right know i was lucky to find them. All the employees are very friendly and professional. They made the process quick and painless. I was always treated respectfully and valued. My agent Chloe did extremely good job with providing all the information and answering all of my questions. Finchleys really seems to care about their tenants and aim to provide best possible service which unfortunately is quite rear nowadays. I would 100% recommend.

   I would highly recommend Finchleys Estates. I encountered Chloe for renting a flat in Finchley Central and since the beginning, she has provided us with a high level of professionalism and reliability. Later on, I also met Simone and Theodora and they all provided a great service and have been helping me with some issues in the flat. They always reply quickly and efficiently, and they have been very approachable overall. They clearly care about their tenants and ready to assist you whenever they can. Having had previous experiences with big chain estate agency in London, I can say Finchleys Estates provides a trustworthy service which you rarely find in this fast paced world.

   Had a wonderful experience working with Finchleys when we were looking for a rental in the area. Although we did not end up letting through Finchleys, the level of care, professionalism and personable service we received from Raj and Chloe during our search was so refreshing (particularly during this time when the rental market has been exceptionally challenging and it’s safe to say that many estate agents and landlords have been taking advantage!). I cannot recommend them enough and judging by other reviews, our sentiment is shared by other tenants/buyers!

With the rental market how it is I was lucky to come across Finchleys as they were incredibly accommodating to my various requests and made the process extremely painless. The employees are warm, friendly and professional. My agent Chloe went above and beyond to answer all of my questions promptly and to provide extra info, tips and recommendations regarding the area. Despite the busy climate I have been treated as a valued client from my first contact.    I’m truly lost for words for the outstanding level of care and personal service I received from Raj and his team, after initially contacting their office to view a flat for which I was unfortunately out-bid on, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call few days later from Raj who gave me an early bird alert on a new listing and guided me on how to view it first and assured me that if it met my requirements he was confident he could secure it and block out the competition which he and his team did to my delight! A breath of fresh of air to receive such a professional yet genuinely personable service from Finchleys.
