   Awful and truly unprofessional letting agency. We could not get in contact with our property manager for weeks on end, taking months to send out a plumber for our leaking bathroom - who then did not even fix the problem. Is like they have gone out of their way to train people to be as unhelpful as possible. Our landlord became so frustrated that she terminated her contract with them, and months after we receive emails threatening to take us to court which when we eventually get in contact with them they shrug it off as an "error".

   Terrible property management. The issues (bed, chairs, washing machine...) are still ongoing for 3 months. Many staff turnover, we had several property managers in 3 months. Landlady claimed she has paid for the repairs. Avoid at all cost.

   Terrible property management. I moved in for 3 months into a flat and started to see issues: leaking, fridge not working. Property managers are not responsive. Many delays on fixing and compensation, had my case thrown around different property managers and team manager to handle, still no reply on complaint and resolution for almost 5 months.

   Started out ok, turned negative and would not recommend. Their service was decent while I was a tenant with them for over 3 years; helped I did not need too much from them while I was a tenant so didn't really have major issues. The issue is when trying to get a deposit back. Responses took weeks when before while a tenant they were within a day. Our account manager normally came back after several weeks only to try and deduct more each time, even months after having moved out (we didn't get our beleaguered deposit back until 4-5 months after we moved out). The process we found unprofessional and disappointing and made us lose a lot of trust in Life so I've stopped recommending them.

   Lauren (property manager) always responds to my emails promptly. She is professional and understanding; she tries her best to negotiate with my landlord to address an issue I’m having with the flat. Clifford (branch manager) is great at communication too. He responded promptly and explained everything thoroughly during the initial vetting process. Giving a 4-star as certain former staff weren’t as helpful. Overall speaking it’s been a pleasure to rent with Life Residential.

   I’ve recently re-rented my flat through Lord from Life Residential who has been amazing. Lord is not only professional, full of energy and enthusiasm for what he does but also always really happy and therefore a pleasure to deal with - I was very confident in him representing the rental of my property! As a full time working mum I’m not the quickest to respond, Lord was not only patient but also made sure I didn’t miss all important deadlines to ensure everything went through smoothly. Being a people person he would often call rather than just email, knowing that the phone was my preferred contact method - again demonstrating his understanding of his business/clients needs. I would 100% recommend Lord!

   I moved to London from another country and the Life Residential team helped me find a nice flat in the Deptford area. Marianne has been my property manager since and I am really glad it is the case. She is responsive, professional and humane. I experienced some issues with my flat, but she did her best to resolve them and she made sure I was informed of all developments. Thank you Life Residential and Marianne!
