   This is one of the worst shisha spots in Liverpool 1000%. A number of things why…. First of all I’ve been going this place for years and how the business has fell off to the staff and manager that are present is a joke. The man on the roll tried to charge me 60 for 3 shisha’s when I knew it was 45 and when notified he just changed the price like it was nothing because he knew he tried to stiff me with the price. He then said he will give me my £5 change in just a moment and didn’t give the change for another hour after asking! The shishas were 100% not cleaned and coals were not recycled at all, guy forgot mouth pieces and went back to get them like 6 times. We have walked in and the Liverpool game wasn’t even on the TV’s when it was 15 minutes into the game, like how you getting customers in Liverpool of the game isn’t on the TV’s? Speakers kept making broken noises for a good 2hrs. Staff was literally just smoking shisha when there was only us in there and NO ONE ELSE!! Could literally run that place much better myself, these guys are not only rude but don’t care about the customers in there whatsoever it’s a massive joke. Apart from the women in there, every staff member didn’t care about the customers and have no idea about running a shisha business! This place has fell off. I’m not the type of person to write reviews as well, but this place was genuinely the worst place to spend your 23rd birthday! Do Not Go There!

   Probably the worst service in Liverpool A very quiet Sunday hardly any customers but the employees were on their phones all the time they basically forgot to check if the food was ok or if the customer was ok ? Waited for the bill for 25 mins as the management went out for a cigarette with the staff member who brought my meal then when they returned they both checked their phones again for at least 15 mins. Ironically they had a staff meeting while I was there to try and focus on the lack of professionalism and customer service. Well that was a pointless meeting folks. The food was actually not too bad but not the best Turkish in Liverpool.

   Love the pizzas there, also have nice mocktails. They have a separate eating area if you don’t want to sit in the smoking lounge, either seating it is a nice and friendly place.

   I have had a bad experience there, i have been with a mate and we order shisha food and drinks. We spent around 50 quid. While we were enjoying our food the waitress came to us and asked us to squeeze up because they have to bring a group of people to sit in our table. The way she said it was like if we were invaluable customers. We were chosen over all the people who were there . The lady was rude and its like she was giving an order to move.to be honest i don't recommend going there . It was my first and last time going there Please avoid
