   Hana is amazing. We still can't believe she found our dream property within our first week of looking and secured an off market sale with our first offer. She has been so supportive throughout the whole process, responded to our queries within the hour almost every single time, and is usually the first person to pick up the phone when we ring the branch anyway! She is always extremely polite and friendly, and has never made us feel like a bother. We could not be more grateful for all the help and time she has poured into our sale and we would not have reached the point of exchange without her. We know the past month has generated a lot of work and back & forth chasing but it really has been so easy to keep in contact with her and that is something we really appreciate as we have heard some absolute horror stories from people using other estate agents! We are going to be recommending Hana & Dexters to everyone we know (and already have been!). Thank you to Jaydene as well who has been able to step in whenever Hana was on annual leave and bring the same enthusiasm and commitment Hana has shown us. You have made this process so smooth and we can't wait for our new home!!!

   It was an absolute pleasure buying our first property from Dexters Greenwich. And, very importantly, she continued to help me throughout the transaction itself, always picked up the phone, was very supportive, prompt in taking action if I needed help and all around a great professional.

   RUN. I didn’t have a choice as I needed a place to stay, so I had to go through with them, but since the very beginning of the tenancy process, this agency has been disorganized, lacking in replying, vague and ridiculously slow to resolve critical issues (no heating and cracked window - it was December!). Just to mention a few: they didn’t clean the property before I moved in, saying that the previous tenant moved out only ONE day before me.. I have the energy meter records that show the electricity was turned off ONE WEEK before I moved there. Moreover, they didn’t check if basic things such as heating, electricity, toilet (!!) were working. Anyway, I pointed out these issues twice (at the viewing and at the key collection), however, it still took a ridiculous amount of emails and calls from me to them, and 1 month and a half of wait, to have most of them (not even all) fixed. If you have a choice, please don’t go through with this agency. You’ll spend your tenancy stressing to get them doing their job while you pay their salary.

   We have had a very positive experience with Maritime. We were tenants of a property they managed - very responsive to the (thankfully few) maintenance issues we had in our 2+ years in the rental property, and the flat itself was a lovely place to live. Very friendly team and quite contactable on the phone, especially Haleema. We moved out because we were able to purchase a property, but Maritime were extremely accommodating, with this, as unfortunately our process was a bit protracted before we finally exchanged / completed. Maritime were extremely flexible and accommodating after asked for extensions on the lease and had to move our moving out date a few times. Really good Agency.
