   I rented a flat in Stockwell through Daleside estates and they were excellent. Katherine was my day to day contact and Daisy dealt with contract renewal. They really know their stuff. All regs complied with/ checks undertaken regularly for gas/ electrics etc. Any maintenance issues were dealt with promptly and comprehensively. Fair in their dealings and the property was in excellent condition and remained so. With all the negativity around landlords, this was an oasis of professionalism and approachability. Highly recommend. My perspective was that of a tenant but I feel a landlord/ owner would feel in safe hands too.

   We rented a flat from Daleside Estates in Stockwell for two years. I could not be more positive about Katherine and the team. The property is in great nick and they were extremely attentive in rectifying any issues we had. We felt in very safe hands and knew that we would always be dealt with fairly. 10/10 recommend.

   Rented with Daleside for two years and only had a positive experience. Katherine in particular was so great, replied to all emails within an hour and also sent maintenance round within 24 hours for any issue we flagged. Any small maintenance issues also fixed within 24 hours, and great communication for those that took longer (not many of these tho as the house was in pretty good condition). Rent increases were reasonable and actually well below the inflation at the time which we really appreciated. Honestly the dream rental experience!

The property was in great condition and I always felt I was in good hands if I had any questions, I hope my next property lives up to the standards they set!

If there was an issue it was resolved immediately and we didn't have to wait for anything to be fixed which is incredibly rare for London. If only all landlords we as helpful as they were during our tenancy with them.

   The team at Daleside Estates were excellent! We rented one of their properties for two years and found the process of dealing with them A+ all round! They were professional, courteous and most importantly responsive. The property was super well looked after and the team was fast acting on any issues that arose during our time as tenants. We definitely enjoyed our dealings with the Daleside team and would have no hesitation in saying they're the best estate agency we've dealt with as tenants in London!
