Bradley has been fantastic throughout the last 12-15 months of working with Homewood. I was apprehensive to work with a managing agent after hearing so many horror stories about nightmare agencies but Bradley has been excellent and I cannot recommend him enough. As someone who doesn't have much experience in renting property, Bradley has always taken the time to explain things to me fairly and been really patient with me asking questions. Unfortunately we have had a bit of a nightmare situation with tricky tenants who fell into substantial rent arrears but Bradley has really supported us and offered us a lot of guidance to help us regain possession of the property and also helped rectify the damages that the tenant(s) caused. Bradley has been with us every step of the way and even attended the property when the court bailiffs visited and organised a locksmith to change the locks and went above and beyond to get the property back to an acceptable standard. Bradley's fees always seemed fair and reasonable and he always came across as very genuine. If you are a landlord seeking some support then I cannot recommend Homewood Homes enough - Bradley is knowledgeable, helpful and very professional - thank you !!!
