   If I could give zero stars I would, disgraceful service to think Mohammed is a brother and to not refund a holding deposit is beyond me. Completely unprofessional, lied about taking the ad down to stop other people from viewing, thank god I stopped the process after seeing previous reviews. No wonder they advertise on Gumtree. Stay clear at all costs!

   Disguisting service, quick to contact for rent but never to fix or return deposits. Lack respect and come across so aggressive. Definitely never recommend them as landlords. If I could give 0 stars would have done that!

   The first time I rented an appointment with this agency was really splendid so when I did the second time I thought l was going to have the same experience but I was wrong, the treatment was so bad it really left a bitter taste in my mouth. Repairs takes so long irrespective of dangerously electrical problems, there is always a ready-made excuse and care less about tenants plight. I had to inform them I was going to make a complaint to the council before a dangerous electric problem was immediately sorted out in my apartment after waiting for 5 days and accused me of threatening them. We had to start taking turns to clean when the cleaner stopped coming and they kept giving us some filmsy excuses. Gardens are always overgrown, they sometimes ignore your calls and messages. Who ever is coordinating things in this place is not doing a good job at all
