   Cottage Fields were prompt in arranging a viewing for the property I was interested in which I found impressive. The estate agents both Arif and Tuliana were helpful, informative and enthusiastic about helping me secure the property. The process was online completing information to secure a tenancy. The staff did their best to ensure I secured the new home and best of all they were happy to answer questions. Cottage Fields office is lovely it has a professional atmosphere which helps the tenant to feel secure that they are in the right place at the right time. That's how I felt.    Cottage Fields is indeed an amazing company, with amazing people. I really got to experience it with Chris at the viewing then with Arif my property Negotiator who truly went above and beyond to make sure I secure a beautiful home for my son and I. I can not thank him enough, He was absolutely amazing, very patient throughout the whole process. Not once was he ever frustrated or irritated by how hard it was to get hold of me to complete the process. The compassion and kindness which was shown towards me will never be forgotten. It did not only show through over the phone but also very much so in person. Great professionalism from the beginning to the end. I would definitely, highly recommend cottage fields, they will truly do everything they can to assist you with whatever you need.
