   David really couldn't have done more to get our sale and purchase over the line. We sold based on 2 viewings quickly and at very close to the asking price and although the purchase was protracted David went above and beyond to keep everyone (including some slow solicitors) talking and positive. It certainly wouldn't have worked out as smoothly without his input and we really appreciated the bespoke and personalised service delivered with honesty, humility and good humour. House moving is stressful but David's help and expertise really helped keep everything on track. Would highly recommend.

   Absolute joke of a letting agency. The current housing market is very competitive in terms of potential tenants, and so it is important for companies to provide a reliable customer service experience. Grange Homes need to take customer service seriously in order to attract and retain renters. It's not acceptable for calls and emails to go unanswered, and this situation should have been addressed and remedied in a timely manner. It's also critical for companies like this to be transparent with their prospective tenants. They need to inform all potential tenants of their viewing processes, how many people are interested in any particular property, and when they expect to have a decision. It's not fair to leave people in the dark and exacerbate the anxiety of an already difficult housing market.

   I can honestly say that I felt blessed and incredibly fortunate to have bought my first home with my wife via Grange Homes. I experienced as I'm sure many of you have that generally estate agents are liars, cheats, slimeballs and not at all trustworthy; Adam and Grange Homes are not like this at all! Adam was professional, courteous, transparent, man of his word and so much more. I am sitting in my home as I type this and thank god the sale was handled by this agency and not another one. I will forever remember Adam and the agents, Grange Homes, managed to secure my dream home despite much competition, he acted in the best interest in not just the seller but also the buyer. Looked for the best match so everyone was happy.

   Grange Homes recently sold my late mother's house and their service was impressive from start to finish. A prompt and sensible valuation and competitive commission fee made the decision to appoint them quite easy, and they did not disappoint. The house was advertised promptly, floor plans and energy certificate organised without delay and viewings managed by their staff very professionally. The regular communication and feedback following viewings was most welcome and I never had to chase for updates. Adriano, my main point of contact, was excellent, as were his colleagues who covered effectively in his absence and I felt well supported throughout the process. The sale went very smoothly and Grange Homes can take much of the credit for this.
