I worked with Annie at the Loughton branch to secure a tennancy renewal recently, Annie worked to understand our needs and found a proposition which was mutually beneficial to both the Landlord and us as Tennant's.
Spencer Munson has been an absolute pleasure to deal with to me and my partner. It was the easiest process and they were so accommodating. She tried her very best to find a house for me in Walthamstow and South Woodford. Peaceful and relaxing existence! Both Anni's who works for Spencer Munson property. As a new tenant, I have been thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and dedication. From the moment I first contacted her, they have been responsive, friendly, and attentive. Throughout the rental process, Anni was always available to answer any questions I had and provide me with any information I needed. She made sure that everything was in order before I moved in and their application portal for logging issues - Very impressive. I am extremely pleased with the level of service that both provided and would highly recommend Spencer Munson to anyone looking for a new rental property.
Unresponsive, indifferent and entitled. Customer service is atrocious. Extremely unprofessional. There are many other decent estate agents in Loughton. Avoid this one at all cost.
Having used Spencer Munson previously I had no reservations using them again. My house was sold within a week and the whole process was completed with ease, they recommended a local solicitor and advised me every step of the way what was happening. We needed a quick completion before Christmas and this was met. Mark Deudney was professional and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend.
