   I’ve been dealing with Chloe L. from the Acorn Property Management Group since moving into our home and I can tell you that she is a breath of fresh air from all other agents and estate agencies. She takes the time to listen, follows up and is so responsive to any concerns that we’ve had whilst living in our home. Even when there are politically difficult matters to manage she does her best to update us and genuinely provides a great experience. I hope that contributes to the recognition she deserves as she’s great at her job and made our experience with APM a pleasurable one where it otherwise would have been quite unpleasant.    Lorrell Fowlin has been brilliant as my property manager. She has looked after my property for just over a year now and has provided an exceptional level of service, she has always been quick to respond, ensuring any issues which have arisen are dealt with promptly. Changing tenants has been a breeze with her as my property manager, she’s ensured that all checks are in place ready for the new tenants, identified areas where certificates are still valid to ensure that I don’t waste money performing unnecessary checks. I am really impressed at how professional she’s been throughout and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to other landlords.
