   Over the past year we have dealt with so many estate agents but non have been as amazing as APX Properties in Bromley. Most estate agents would try to get as much money out of you as possible and are so hard to trust. It is so hard to find an honest estate agent. As a smaller estate agency, APX Properties are more personal and friendly than any other agency we have dealt with. Their transparency and care really is amazing. This sets them as an agency that is on a completely different league than all the other agencies out there. Charlie was amazing and so caring. Dan was absolutely outstanding. His communication and care and friendliness was so reassuring to us as first time buyers. We felt absolutely in safe hands. Dan goes above and beyond in his efforts and care. Nothing I can write on here is enough to describe how grateful I am for his hard work and dedication. Thank you so much for all of your hard work. If we ever need to buy again, we are using your services! APX Properties is very lucky to have you.

   I cannot recommend APX Properties enough. They valued our flat accurately and were able to offer us a very reasonable guarantee. Everyone we worked with was extremely helpful - their honesty and professionalism is refreshing. When our buyer missed our exchange deadline, APX Properties went above and beyond to save our chain from collapsing and we are now happily settled in our new home - we owe them big time!
