   I've been renting in a property maintained by Orange Square for about 3 and half years now. The staff are always very quick and prompt when it comes to sorting out any issues in the property. Emergencies are always attended by someone ASAP and gets sorted on that same day. Inspections are made twice every year to make sure that we don't have any further issues with the property.

   Worst experience I ever had. On day 1, they arranged for viewing and visited the home . Orange Square asked us to do a holding deposit if they want to lock it. So we made a holding deposit on day 2 and we have provided all our docs. On day 3, they are telling 2 reasons for rejection. 1) Since we have delayed sending our docs, the landlord is not satisfied. 2) The landlord is not happy with our papers (Note: We are earning a higher salary than their expectations) After they confirmed our rejection, within half an hour I called and enquired about the property on the right move, they told its already booked. So, Orange Square played very well. Don't believe them. If you are a trustworthy agency, then you should have verified our papers and then ask for a holding deposit.
