The agent guy will completely ghost you after rent payment and if you are having maintenance issues. :) We rented a flat in Discovery Dock and The lights are not working, Water is leaking in the kitchen, Shower head is not working properly, Balcony is not cleaned, Hood is not working properly, Microwave is heavily worn out, Bedside drawer is broken, etc,…. The light is still hanging on the ceiling and it has been more than two weeks since we moved in:) I don’t need you to thank me for the one star review:)
When we first moved into my flat for which Ashley King was the letting agent and manager, there were issues. The flat was not ready for someone to move in. However, when we contacted them, they worked hard and timely to get it into move-in ready condition and everything was rectified in a quick manner. There was no push back from their end and they were doing all they can to get us settled and comfortable. As the time passed there were responding even quicker and it made it easier to continue the tenancy. The checkout process from the flat was quick and smooth. Prabs made sure that if the inventory check goes well and flat is returned in good conditions the full security deposit will be refunded which was the case with us.
I highly recommend them because the most positive experience of any agency in UK! Agency employees are always in touch: they quickly solve problems that arise (the dishwasher was replaced in a couple of days!), they always informed about the visit on time (by call or message), answered all messages on time, always try to help in the difficulties that arose, go to a meeting. I highly recommend them We have the most pleasant memories of them! Thank you!

Ashley King is one of the best lettings agency I had experience with in London. Would like to mention Prabs who was really helpful while our flat was moved by our landlord to Ashley king from chestertons which gave us the nightmares when we moved in the flat. While Ashley King understood all our problems and started working on resolving them and also did things which we did not complained about such as replaced our bed and mattress with a better one and dinning as well. Prabs also made sure to get our fulldeposit back when we left the apartment because of the problems we faced there which was very appreciative. Ashley King is really one of the best letting agency a tenant could deal with.
