   I've got 2 properties let by Ams Housing on the rent guarantee scheme (Dagenham & Chingford) and they have been amazing. The rent is always on the agreed date and the service has been much better than other companies I've previously been with. I would highly recommend them and i can't speak highly enough about the service I receive.

   took the property around 1 and half year ago realy bad service when ever we have issue try to call them they wont answer from our no you have to hide the no to call them after that first time they will answer and once they know who is calling will stop to answer the call. worst ever experience dealing with guy calledd kabir he is dealing with our property but dont want to speak with us will recommend not take any property from them even its from council private tenant. again dont take any property from they have only those landlord who does not care about there tenants do not waste your time with them.

   I have previously dealt with various local agents in east London. After constant issues primarily rent being paid late, I decided to try AMS Housing after a recommendation from a friend. I can honestly say I have been hugely impressed with the level of service and transparency of communication. Since January 2018 all 9 of my properties are now managed by AMS Housing.
