   I had a phone call to them as im looking for a house , anyway the owner apparently is the one who picks up the phone , first thing she said who is this !!!! As like im bothering her by calling to see if they have a flat to rent whaaaaat a poor customer service. Anyway I ignored that and we talked she said there is one bed flat available and its 750£ per week in South Kensington is that in your budget i said sort off ( she started laughing on me , obviously she had a lot to prove then she said you are dealing with the owner) i don’t understand what an un useful info to exchange, then i said well i don’t actually have a budget as so im sort of open to options plus i might see a flat that people asking a 10K rent and to me it doesn’t worth that much which mean i wont pay that , ( she said then i think we should end this conversation right now and put the phone down) LoL she really had a lot to prove so my suggestion go and pay for an ad on the tv and social media and advertise yourself as ( I am a house owner ) or ill tell you what i will start a campaign for you and ill finance it myself to promote you as a house owner so you feel proud about yourself and maybe by then you will stop talking down to people thinking you are someone

   I lived at 161 Fulham Road in 2020/2021 and really enjoyed living there. It's a nice quiet building in the middle of busy London. I highly recommend the building and the people that work there. Sasha Goodwin (Building Manager) is fantastic - She made the move-in and move-out process so easy. If anything breaks or needs to be fixed, she will deal with your problem immediately. She is highly responsive, efficient, professional and she is so nice to deal with. Eddie (the concierge) is also fantastic - He was always extremely helpful, reliable and a pleasure to deal with. Having such a nice concierge made the building a really nice place to live in :)

   I spent 4-years living at Pond Place and was very sad to have to leave. It is a great location and Sasha and team at Residential Land were always helpful and responsive. I highly recommend it to anyone that has a chance to live in this lovely building!

   We lived at Pond Palace 161 Fulham road around two years, by extended my tenancy twice. During these times I never face any problem. The site is always secure, charming, clean and very well managed. You will be exactly at the hearth of London with the beautiful view of South Kensington and V&A. It is very easy to contact with a building manager of Residential Land, Ms Sasha Goodwill, if you need any help. She always been great in providing very quick solutions by allocating her team very efficiently. Last but not least I also very much like to thank to out porter Mr. Alem, he has always been kind and helpful to us. We’re leaving with a very good memories.. I highly recommend Residential Land without any hesitation to my colleagues and friends. The procedures are so easy so I never bored in my entry as well as on my leave. Thank you Sasha, you’re the best building manager I have ever seen.
