   I would like to say a big thank you to everyone at Castles in Enfield after selling my property, I was impressed as everything was done in a professional manor and I was informed constantly on what was happening with viewings and offers, I would like to say a special thank you to Jackson for all that he did, I would highly recommend them for anyone wanting to sell or buy, I would give more than 5 stars if I could KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !

   Not even worth a single star. The team was unprofessional and lacked communication throughout the process. After viewing a property, I waited two weeks for a response. Both Stephen and Jackson handled the negotiations poorly and misguided the Seller. They claimed the Seller had a negative previous experience and was therefore unwilling to consider any offers without a mortgage offer in place. Castles then supported the Seller’s decision to put two proposed buyers into a “mortgage offer race,” which is completely unreasonable. How can anyone be expected to commit financially to a property without having their offer accepted first? By misguiding the Seller and supporting the "mortgage offer race" approach, Castles have proven their lack of professionalism and poor understanding of how the industry operates.

   I've used Castles Estate Agency before, and all their other agents have been professional and reliable, which is why I returned to them. However, my recent interaction with agent Jackson was a letdown. My partner viewed a property on Saturday, and everything seemed positive. On Monday, we made a formal offer through Jackson. I specifically asked if there were any higher bids, which is standard, and was told no. Everything appeared fine until around 4pm, when I received a message saying there was a higher bidder with a chain. I decided to stick with my bid, and Jackson said they'd ask the vendor to decide. Today (Tuesday)I got a phone call informing me that they'd conducted more viewings, received a better offer, and sold the property. This isn't how business should be done—agents can't say one thing and do another. Of course, they're entitled to seek the highest amount for their client, but the lack of transparency and consistency was frustrating. While I'll consider using Castles again in the future, I definitely won't be dealing with Jackson. If you're working with them, I'd recommend requesting a different agent for better communication.

   Castles have just sold my flat, which was tricky as it had a relatively short lease left on it. Stephen and the team were fantastic from start to finish! He was realistic about the price I might get with the lease situation and clearly explained how he arrived at what amount the property was worth and the price it should be listed at. He was also really helpful when it came to giving me advice on how to choose from the various offers and fully supported me through to completion. Extremely professional and lovely to deal with. I'm so pleased I chose Castles to help me sell my property and would highly recommend the team. Thank you Castles!

   Ashli promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. Ashli & Stephen were always available to provide me with the information that I needed (or didn’t need, but needed for the sake of my sanity) – every decision that I made, small or big, mattered to them. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I need to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. They were soooo patient! We will eternally be grateful that they helped us find our beautiful home.

   I had dealt with a number of estate agents previously in Enfield who disappointed me by not returning calls and placing me in the back of their priority list. Castles Estate Agent in Enfield was a refreshing change as they dealt with me professionally and special mention to Ashli who was helpful, polite and courteous throughout. There were a number of teething issues identified in the survey report and later just before exchange however she facilitating further viewings and liaising with the vendor tactfully before a solution was finally agreed. We have now completed on the property. Many thanks to Ashli, Stephen, and Franco for showing us to a large number of properties and being so patient with us throughout. I can definitely recommend using Castles Enfield and I certainly will be using them again.

   There aren’t enough positive words to describe my experience with Castles! The team (Stephen, Franco and Ashli) are all so knowledgeable, polite, they vet their viewers/buyers so well and they’re an absolute pleasure to work with! We were with a previous agency for 16 months, with nothing happening. When we re-marketed with Castles, not only did we have more viewings than we’d ever had in the previous 16 months but we also had 3 offers in less than one month of marketing with them, one of which completed today! Ashli oversaw our sale and she was absolutely brilliant! I never had to chase or felt like I was left in the lurch as she kept me up-to-date every single step of the way. As she was so communicative with myself and the buyers, the sale progressed that much quicker and easier, compared to the average property sale time in the U.K. Thank you so much to Ashli and the rest of the team!

   Very pleased with Castles Enfield who dealt with the sale of my property. I initially met with Stephen whom I found very amicable. Castles had had good results in the area for sales both in terms of speed of sale and property prices. They were always easy to get hold of. We had numerous viewings on one particular day which led to several offers. Castles checked each offer to ensure they had the funds agreed for purchase and gave me a little bit of background on each buyer. Once the sale had been agreed they were in constant contact with both solicitors and always kept me updated. Castles had a big part to play in ensuring the sale went through smoothly.    Having had a rather frustrating experience with a different agent it was refreshing when we appointed Castles and as a result we had numerous offers within a week. Stephen from the Enfield office was knowledgeable about our local area and advised us on the best course of action at every stage. An especially big thanks to Franco Tona who took charge of our sale and made sure we had regular updates as to where we were in the sale process. All viewing appointments were punctual and suitable buyers were put forward for viewings. Great service and great communication. Would highly recommend.
