Alex and the whole Equity team have being very professional, I have dealt with them in different situations. Alex will still put in a personal touch to every management service over the years, he does so effortlessly and loves his job, he is so natural with it. Always ready to help and gives good advice. Sometimes I wonder if he sleeps because you can reach him whenever you have queries. He genuinely takes the worries away and has trained his staff well. Ive used the company for years. They're very professional but with a supportive, inclusive touch. Excellent in fairness and attitude with both landlord and tenant alike, even placating and winning round and continuing to show respect with abusive tenants. Everything is clear and well explained and concerns readily addressed/resolved. Alex, Irene and Callam have been outstanding in their support during a very anxious time for me. Reported works are carried out fast, with excellent long term contractors being on time, efficient, clean workers. The company have very good and clear pricing strategy. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
