   I've been with this property manager for 5 years now. Applying, viewing and moving in was quick and easy. My repairs are always dealt with promptly. Victoria in particular is super efficient and helpful.

   I originally wrote a very positive review due to the help and support when we were looking to rent, however I feel I need to change it now that we’ve moved in. They were very quick in responding to emails when we were interested in moving into the property, but now that we’ve been in for a month or so, they take so long to reply to emails when there’s faults (such as no hot water in the shower and when we were left without a working washing machine from before we moved in and wasn’t checked). Not great considering the amount we are paying in rent for things to not work
