I’m very happy with stoneshaw from the very first time they came to our house. They was very understanding,very friendly,they adapted to all are needs and followed it through to the end. Despite all the problems they had to deal with being that me and the wife was going through a difficult divorce, I really don’t know how they didn’t give up trying to sell our property with what they had to put up with from me and the wife, if I was selling a property I’d definitely use them again but just make sure I’m not married. I really don’t know how they stuck it out I really do take my hat of to them, we also had more agents selling our house and none of them came anywhere close to the service we got from stoneshaw, I truly say this from my heart they are unbelievable amazing, I could gone on and say lots more about what they done for us. But I keep it shot and sweet, thanks for everything.xxx
Absolutely disgusting agency to deal with!!! The worst agency I dealt with in my entire life.. would never recommend them! They are absolutely heartless and not even allowing me to arrange a viewing and giving me 100 reasons why they would not show me a property even when I said I am flexible. My family lost our house with all of our documents and I said that we urgently need to find a place and issue new documents because of the fire and they said they will not even allow us to see the property because we don’t have documents! I said we have driving licence but they didn’t even want to listen. Absolutely terribly people to deal with !!! Not enough what I went through but to deal with them it has been absolutely nightmare l!!! Run away from them!!!!!!
All my experiences with this organisation have always been delivered in a professional and positive manner. I have never come across any members of staff that were rude or insensitive, everyone that has dealt with any of my queries, I have found to be very helpful, polite and they have gone above and beyond their role to help facilitate any issues/problems that may have occurred. I have found this organisation to have fabulous customer service skills.
