   I had all the local agents value my house, but Aaron and the team really stood out. They were far more genuine, down to earth and relatable, with clear expert knowledge of the industry. Their communication throughout the process was excellent always keeping me updated and offering helpful guidance whenever I needed it. Aaron went out of his way to liaise on my behalf to help secure my house purchase, showing they truly do go the extra mile.    Being an x estate I tend to be very critical of other agents but I have nothing but praise for Property Cloud and in particular Arron. Our sale was not an easy one and it became very difficult and stressful at times but Aaron used his extensive knowledge, skill and experience to keep the sale together as well as my sanity. At one particularly difficult stage he went far and above anyone’s expectations to solve the issues and keep it together, I really don’t think I would have ever made that much effort so thank you Aaron and your team for a truly exceptional service that allowed us to retire happily in sunny Spain.

   Selling with Property Cloud - A very speedy sale - less than 2 months from offer to exchange! Can’t say much farer than that. Aaron and the team are great, friendly people to work with. Initially, we fell in love with this home but unfortunately lost out to another buyer’s offer.    This was my first experience of selling a property and I was extremely impressed by Aaron, Amy and the rest of the team. I initially consulted with a number of estate agents for valuations and found the property cloud to be the best in terms of their presentation, information provided and sales strategy. Everything was explained clearly and the information pack provided was extremely detailed. It had a very nice personal touch which was lacking from other estate agents. I was also very impressed with the presentation of the property during the sales process. In particular the use of YouTube to advertise the property which really did bring the property and the surroundings area to life. The viewings process went extremely smoothly and I greatly appreciated the level of vetting that was carried out on potential buyers in order for me to make an informed decision. It was clear from the outset and throughout that the property cloud want to get the perfect buyer for your circumstances. I also appreciated that the circumstances of each potential buyer were explained clearly. I was also very impressed with the assistance provided by the property cloud once the sale was agreed. They were always available on WhatsApp and did everything in their power to get the sale completed as quickly as possible. I felt the use of WhatsApp also opened a clear channel of communication between seller and buyer ensuring all parties knew what stage the sale was at and what was subsequently needed to push things forward. I could not recommend them any higher. They were excellent
